Alicia McGill, founder of InPowered Business Solutions, has a background varied enough to fully embody the depth and degree of her vision, role and service. Her experience in both the corporate and retail sectors only fired up her passion for win-win results in business strategy, equity, and in supporting enterprise as an ally toward, not a barrier too, wider benefit for all of society. From this emerged her InPowered concept.

Alicia came to realize that a wholistic approach to task or team, business and benefit has truly become the only way to go. An approach in need of success stories, with resulting reputations, that bring this forward. As a result, she has developed a keen eye for internal discrepancies that disrupt the flow of any enterprise. And, equally, for tailored ways that bring people and profit forward.

Her refreshing approach to accounting and finance has fostered procedures that minimize inefficiencies, increasing productivity and corporate income in sustainable ways. Drawn to her simplifying solutions, clients are dropping old and tired approaches. Even the ease of transition speaks of something new.

A Toronto native, Alicia spent many years living near Danforth’s renowned Greektown where she enjoyed the bustling and diverse city lifestyle. She is now situated in Stoney Creek and is within sites of beautiful Lake Ontario and the Niagara Escarpment.
